To qualify for a price match:

• The item must be identical, including model number, specification, and finish
• The competitor must be an authorised UK retailer
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
• The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable
• The total price comparison may include applicable delivery charges and fees
• Price match requests must be submitted before purchase

We do not match:

• Marketplace sellers or auction sites
• Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, graded, ex-display, or open-box items
• Membership, trade, employee, or loyalty pricing
• Flash sales, voucher codes, promotional discounts, or limited-time offers
• Bundle, multi-buy, finance-exclusive, or cashback offers
• Pricing errors or misprints
