Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kitchenary.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label where applicable, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for return of faulty, damaged or incorrect items

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must:

  • Be faulty, damaged or incorrect
  • Be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in the condition received, with original packaging where possible

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where applicable

Exchanges

Where a replacement is required, we will arrange this following review of the issue.

If you prefer an alternative product, the quickest option is to place a new order and we will process a refund for the original item once it has been assessed and approved.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

14-day cooling-off period

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.

To exercise this right, items must be:

  • In original packaging where possible
  • In original condition, with no more handling than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
