Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our distribution partner to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay, such as an item on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you with an update.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, and assuming the item is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and aim to dispatch your order the next working day. Tracking details will be sent by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 2 working days, please contact us at info@kitchenary.co.uk so we can assist.
Damages
Please inspect all items carefully at the point of delivery. We recommend not accepting delivery of any visibly damaged items where possible. If you discover damage after delivery, please send clear photos of the affected items to info@kitchenary.co.uk so we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost or Missing Items
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If an item is confirmed as lost, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement item being sent or a full refund. We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled prior to delivery and will instead fall under our Returns and Refunds Policy here. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after being placed may be subject to additional fees where costs have already been incurred.
