Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our distribution partner to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you with an update.
Delivery Charges & Free Shipping
We offer free standard delivery on orders of small and medium appliances over £100.
Large appliances are excluded from this free shipping offer. Delivery charges for large appliances are shown on the relevant product page and will depend on the product type and delivery service required.
Please note that large appliances do not count towards the £100 free shipping threshold for small and medium appliances.
Order Delivery
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.
Deliveries to certain areas, including the Scottish Highlands, offshore locations, and other remote postcodes, may be subject to additional delivery charges depending on the product, courier, and delivery location. Where applicable, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any additional charges before processing your order.
For small and medium appliances, assuming the item is in stock and available for dispatch, we aim to dispatch orders within the next working day. Tracking details will be sent by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 2 working days, please contact us at info@kitchenary.co.uk so we can assist.
For large appliances, once your order has been processed and the appliance is ready for delivery, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date. You will then receive confirmation of your delivery slot by SMS or phone, depending on the contact details provided.
Large appliance delivery is provided by a 2-man delivery service and includes delivery to a ground floor room of choice, subject to safe and reasonable access. On the day of delivery, the delivery team will usually call ahead before arrival. They will bring the appliance into the agreed delivery location, complete any selected services where applicable, and ask for confirmation once the delivery has been completed.

Please note that, depending on product type, brand, stock location, and supplier availability, items within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple deliveries using different couriers.
Damages
Please inspect all items carefully at the point of delivery. We recommend not accepting delivery of any visibly damaged items where possible.
If you discover damage after delivery, please send clear photos of the affected items to info@kitchenary.co.uk so we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost or Missing Items
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If an item is confirmed as lost, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement item being sent or a full refund.
We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled prior to delivery and will instead fall under our Returns and Refunds Policy here.
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after being placed may be subject to additional fees where costs have already been incurred.
